Two years ago I went on a solo trip to Thailand, it was exciting but also a bit overwhelming. Yoga became my way to stay grounded. I started practicing every morning on the beach under the sun near the ocean, it gave me a feeling of strength and safety which I needed at that time
When I moved to the US I was looking for a studio that felt warm and welcoming and I found that at Yoga Flow! The energy here is so supportive and I felt comfortable from the first class!
Yoga has been part of my life ever since. It helps me feel stronger and more connected to myself. What I learn on the mat I try to use in everyday life too. Breathing practices for example help me work through emotions instead of ignoring them
I decided to become a teacher because I wanted to go deeper and also to give something back. Yoga Flow gave me the confidence to take this step. I know how much yoga has helped me and now I want to support others too! If I can help someone feel just a little more grounded or present then it’s all worth it!
