Nikki found Yoga Flow at the beginning of 2017, thanks to a friend that invited her to try her first hot yoga class. Before then, she thought yoga just “wasn’t for her.” But, Yoga Flow’s heated vinyasa style, along with its amazing community, changed that mindset. She also quickly learned yoga was more than just a way to workout or improve flexibility, and became an integral aspect of her life.
In 2021, Nikki completed her 200 hour Teacher Training and now loves to share her practice with others, especially those who might believe yoga, like she once did, “just isn’t their thing.”
When she’s not in the studio, you can probably find her hanging with her doggos or cheering for the Steelers.
