Montana first started practicing yoga to compliment her classical dance training in Dallas, Texas where she grew up. She moved to Pittsburgh in 2013 to study dance at Point Park University and continued to grow her personal yoga practice. After graduating from college she began to realize yoga’s many gifts that correlate perfectly to her lifestyle beyond its obvious physical benefits, so she decided to take the leap of faith and become a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Flow! Montana also works as a dance instructor and choreographer, so she spends most of her time in front of a class teaching students how to move their bodies, and loves it more than anything else! In her class you can expect to build a ton of heat, lighten your mood, and enjoy a flare of inspiration from her 20 years of dance training.
