Megan took her first yoga class in 2023 shortly after starting college. Yoga became a safe space and granted her security during a difficult time of new transitions. With a background in dance, yoga felt familiar but also proposed a challenge, a journey within.
Since adding yoga to her life it has become a goal of hers to take any opportunity to branch out, finding comfort in discomfort. Training as a teacher was a spontaneous decision but turned out to be a catalyst for personal growth. Yoga had already begun to change her perspectives and she anticipates helping students find that same tranquility. In her teaching journey, she is excited to share her passion and connect with others spiritually.
