Mallory took her first yoga class in 2020 and is grateful to say it was at Yoga Flow. She was initially seeking a way to escape her outside world but soon learned the studio offered much more than that, and quickly fell in love. She was, and continues to be inspired by the teachers at Yoga Flow, and their ability to subtly incorporate philosophical teachings into their practice that help her, as well as many other students heal. She loves finding and sharing the parallels between practicing yoga and every day life. Mallory has always found purpose in helping others heal but has had trouble navigating what that looked like until discovering yoga.
When coming to a class with Mallory, you can expect traditional vinyasa in a warm (physically & energetically) and inclusive environment. The only thing she asks is that you leave your ego, judgment and shoes at the door!
