BIO

Madi found Yoga Flow in 2018 when she signed up for the 30 for 30 challenge. She became immersed in yoga for the first time, falling in love with the process of growing stronger in her body, clearer in her mind and that moment of peace following each class. She moved to Brooklyn shortly after and continued to practice at various studios in the city and abroad. She never forgot the unparalleled magic she experienced at Yoga Flow. When she moved back to Pittsburgh in 2022, this led her to enroll in the 2023 Teacher Training. 

She is a friend to many holistic wellness practices and yoga is her favorite. She loves how yoga balances the masculine (yang) and feminine (yin) energies in the body, allowing them to flow with ease. In her practice, she emphasizes how the breath is an extension of the emotional body, providing us all with a unique opportunity to balance the nervous system, even in difficult poses. Her intention for each class is to create a safe space for folks of all skill levels to thrive and arrive at that same moment of peace.
