Lia tried yoga a decade ago, but quickly went back to the gym. After noticing that her body craved a new challenge, she went back to the studio. She immediately fell in love with the practice, and found a much deeper connection this time. Lia completed her 200 hour RYT training at Yoga Flow, and has adopted the spirit of the community and all the amazing people she meets.
In class, she focuses on reading the room and to adapt to what you as a yogi need. Her biggest reward is to have a yogi say after class that the practice made their day better.
Lia is a Criminologist and researcher, and an obsessed organic hobby farmer. If there is ever a slow minute, you will find her in a canoe on a lake!
