Leah was born and raised in Northern Ireland, Leah moved to PA in November 2022. Having only taken a handful of yoga classes, her intuition guided her to undertake her YTT with Yoga Flow in 2023.
Leah quickly learned that yoga did not only benefit her physically, but also mentally and spiritually. Within a few months, she learned lessons on her mat that have helped her in life off her mat such as patience, finding comfort in discomfort and the importance of stillness.
Leah loves yoga because it has helped to heal her relationship with her body. Her practice has helped her to listen to her body, tuning into sensations, feeling and emotions, instead of listening to her mind’s thoughts.
Her intention as a yoga teacher is to hold a safe space for other yogis to explore the practice and all of its amazing benefits.
