Laurel started yoga as a way to stay fit and flexible after years as a dancer, but quickly realized yoga was much more than just a substitute to dance practice. In the chaos of traveling from city to city for work as a strategy consultant, Laurel found stability and peace on her mat. With each deliberate movement, she has built a stronger, more confident mind and body.

Laurel graduated from Yoga Flow’s 200 hour teacher training in Spring 2021. She is so excited to have found a home at Yoga Flow and hopes to strengthen our community of yinzer yogis.

A perfectly polished pose is nice, but Laurel is not practicing yoga to be better at yoga. She’s practicing to be better at life. While still learning herself, Laurel hopes to share techniques to translate the benefits of yoga to daily life. Bring your authentic self to class and, with an open mind, we’ll work to be better at life together.
