Kelly has practiced yoga since she was 12, she started to help her mental health, and better physical health has been a bonus from her practice. Kelly decided to become a registered yoga instructor in 2020, during a dark time in her life and it had changed her life for the better, learning self-love and confidence. Outside of Yoga Flow, Kelly spends time with her dog, Runa, working on her degree in Sustainability, and works as a barista!
In Kelly’s, class, come just as you are, she is happy to get to know you and work on our mind, body, and spirit together. Work on strengthening our mind and body, working with our breath in every movement, uniting the breath and energy of every yogi in Kelly’s class.
