I started practicing yoga as a kid, tagging along with my grandma to classes at gyms and community centers. In 2020, I came back to it on my own terms and realized how much it could offer—not just physically, but emotionally. My goal now is to create a space where people can move, breathe, and feel safe enough to show up as they are.
Outside of yoga, I’m usually hiking, traveling, reading, or leaning into whatever the season brings.
