Connie began practicing yoga in 2007 to add variety to her exercise routine. She quickly became passionate about yoga and fully dedicated to her practice. Yoga has completely transformed her mind, body, and soul, and allowed self-discovery. She has furthered her yoga practice over the years through countless hours of classes and workshops. She received her 200 hour certification through Yoga Flow. Through each breath, she aims to inspire her students to advance their practice both on and off the mat. Connie looks forward to guiding other yogis on their journey to find inner strength and peace.
