Brittany came to yoga as a means to find peace in a challenging, turbulent season. She was inspired by the discipline of the postures and the patience of the practice; always a game of constant re-adjusting. The tools that she learned and practiced on her mat bled into her every day life - inspiring her to approach everyday differently. To embrace change with grace. To heal from the inside out.

Brittany writes a lifestyle & fitness blog in addition to managing social media accounts but was craving more of a human connection and an opportunity to “practice what she preaches.” Quickly realizing that yoga was a lifestyle that she wanted to embrace fully, Brittany completed her 200-hour teacher training through Yoga Flow in 2018. She is grateful for the opportunity to teach others the tangible lessons that she found in yoga through body, mind & spirit.
