Britney dabbled in yoga classes for many years before finally committing to a consistent yoga practice at Yoga Flow in 2014. She began her steady practice as a way to manage stress and to balance long runs, and found that regular practice brought more peace and joy to her life than she could have imagined.
After living away from Pittsburgh for several years and enduring the challenge of finding a new yoga home, Britney left warm southern winters behind and returned to her Yoga Flow oasis. She decided to devote herself to Yoga Flow’s teacher training and became an RYT200 instructor in 2019. Britney loves that teaching yoga complements her full time job as a registered dietitian promoting health, wellness, and exercise.
