Aspen started yoga in order to help with her chronic hip arthritis pain and anxiety. After seeing her friends get negatively affected by anxiety medications by becoming addicted, she decided on trying to find a more natural way to deal with her pain and anxiety, something that wouldn’t mask it but would help solve it. After trying many studios, Aspen settled on Yoga Flow. The class style, students, teachers, and price made her feel right at home! After a year of consistently working on yoga, Aspen decided to take her 200 hour teacher training in January of 2023. Aspen has never felt better both in body and mind, and she loves what she does. She can’t wait to share the joy and healing yoga brought her with others, hoping to inspire them too!
