DETAILS

Are you having a good day? Are you happy? Can you sustain those good days and your happiness, or is it related to people and circumstances in your life positively and negatively?

Neuroscientist Sara Lazar's amazing brain scans, show how meditation can actually change the size of key regions of our brain, improving our memory and making us more empathetic, compassionate, and resilient in the face of stress.

In this unheated workshop, we will use the practice of Yin meditation to encourage the body to relax, rather than engage. Exploring the meditative process, we will move inward to cultivate a source of peace and happiness.

Join me to release tension, relax, and practice sustaining peace and happiness!
