We will be exploring and learning the basics and a small introduction of the history of yoga. Jesse will teach the importance (mind, body and meditation) connecting the breath to the body’s natural movement. He will explain the common yoga terminology and demonstrate the asanas alignments and foundations. With this workshop will break down with great detail Sun Salutations A & B, standing series, seating series and heart opening series. This workshop is designed for a new yogi, but also to the most seasoned/advance.
