This heated Vinyasa Flow class keeps moving. The class will start with the same opening structuring of breath & postures and then we will build heat in NON-STOP FLOW! Find meditation through continuous movement. Class is appropriate for students of all levels but some yoga experience is necessary.
Warm your body and let your breath guide you through this soulful heated Vinyasa Flow practice. Expect to flow through salutations and standing postures but we will leave extra time to luxuriate in some soothing hip openers and stretches. This class is perfect for All levels and will offer challenges as well as modifications.
Designed to ignite energy on the mat, this heated Vinyasa flow class will challenge your body and mind. Expect instructors to take postures to the next level as well providing opportunities for arm balancing and inversions within the Vinyasa Flow format. This class is geared towards the students with a consistent practice or knowledge of more advanced postures. Teachers will still offer modifications for other levels. (Levels 2 & 3)
This is a heated Vinyasa based class for first-timers, beginners, or those newer to the practice. It is also for anyone who wants to refine the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa simply means “connection,” since the breath and postures are connected to one another. This class is accessible for everyone and will break down the postures in more details. (Level 1)
Our Community Classes are taught by our Teachers in Training. These classes are 75 minute heated Vinyasa Flow classes that are appropriate for All Levels of practitioners. The class will follow traditional Vinyasa Flow sequencing with breath work, salutations, standing series, and then stretching the hips and cooling down before Savasana, our final meditation. This class eases you into your Vinyasa practice. Suitable for all Levels, including beginners, YINERGY is a fusion of YIN Yoga & ENERGY medicine. Flow with ease through postures that are meant to feel good. Take extra time on the mat for Yin postures and use of bolsters and blankets. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series is a traditional, lineage-based Yoga practice that builds sequentially in terms of flexibility and strength as you progress through the series. It was first introduced to the West by K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. The series is always taught in the same sequential order. This class is not heated, and takes a full 90 minutes. There is no music played during class. The Ashtanga Series is geared towards students who have a regular yoga practice.
Students can expect to build some heat in this Vinyasa flow class! The breath guides the practice and our teachers will cue the breath as well as incorporate postures with creative transitions. There are always new techniques to learn and teachers will bring their signature styles and sequencing to the flow. Some knowledge of yoga is helpful for this class, and students will learn ways to progress in their practice. This class will offer challenges for those wanting more and modifications as well. (Levels 1 & 2)

Join a different Yoga Flow teacher every week for Sunday Flavor. A class that will be based on a special posture or theme of the teacher's choice. Each week is a different Flavor and the class is meant to supplement your Vinyasa Flow classes. One week, we may be arm balancing, the next week we may be head standing. Look for Meditation sessions and chanting as well as classes that might be designed around a Chakra, or maybe a Prana Fow. Every week is different.
