Sarah first found her way to a yoga studio in 2008. She was initially interested in yoga's promises of increased flexibility and fitness but quickly discovered the truly amazing effects on mind and spirit. After exploring a number of different styles and studios, she found her place at Yoga Flow. She fell in love with the familial community that welcomed her, the sense of peace and lightness she felt after each class, and was drawn to the meditative practice of connecting breath to movement. In 2015, inspired to further her practice and excited to share her love for yoga, Sarah completed Yoga Flow's 200-hour Teacher Training program. As a teacher, she aims to create a sense of peace and belonging for her students and strives to make each class challenging and fun.
