Nicole began practicing yoga casually in her late teens and enjoyed the physical benefits of the practice. She’s always up for a physical challenge and truly loved moving and stretching her body in new and unique ways. Nicole started practicing regularly at Yoga Flow in 2010 and fell in love with the marriage of heat, physical flow and breath. As life brought emotional challenges, she came to more deeply appreciate and depend upon the spiritual aspects of her yoga practice. The practice became a grounding force that brought peace and calm in times of stress. As she delved deeper into her personal practice, it became clear to her that she wanted to share its benefits with others. Nicole completed her RYT-200 teacher training with Yoga Flow in 2018 and is excited to share her love of yoga with others.
