Natalie discovered yoga while in college. After studying yoga for several years, she wanted to deepen her practice and enrolled in teacher training at Yoga Flow. She was inspired by the Yoga Flow teachers and immediately felt at home in their studio. This is where she developed a deep understanding and love of yoga and found a desire for teaching. Natalie sees yoga as a way to decompress from daily stress, focus on the present, and grow in strength and spirit. She hopes to share this kind practice with her students by creating a space where they can quiet their minds and free their souls.
