Meredith began her yoga journey over ten years ago. After playing soccer, running track, and riding horses for most of her life yoga came as unique and welcome challenge. Since then her yoga practice has become her sole focus as she has begun to embrace the full yoga lifestyle. She finds that a yoga practice can be an appropriate metaphor for life and incorporates the lessons learned on her mat to everyday struggles. She found her yoga home at Yoga Flow in 2013 and completed her 200 hour training with YF in 2016. She feels honored to be a member of the Yoga Flow family.
She believes that like each day, each practice is its own challenge to be faced with confidence. She hopes to encourage her students to explore their limits and learn to respect both their strengths and weaknesses. When not practicing, Meredith enjoys rooting for the Penguins and Steelers, writing, and spending time with friends and her cat Simba.
