Margaret was born and raised in Pittsburgh’s North Hills and first found yoga in 2009. It wasn’t until seeking a calm environment, in the chaotic life of raising a young family, that she discovered her passion for yoga. Her transformation continued to unveil through this practice, using her strength, breath and awareness to discover her own boundaries and resilience. It became clear to her that anyone who commits to their own journey can begin their own self-study through yoga.
This mindful practice led Margaret to complete her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Flow in early 2021. Margaret has experience teaching all levels of practitioners and is well versed in offering a variety of modifications, through precise, creative sequencing.
Using the breath as a vehicle has taught Margaret how yoga affects a person on and off the mat. She continues to discover, explore and inspire others to live life not by doing, but by being fully present in every moment.
When not in the studio Margaret enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with her husband and two young boys kayaking, biking or hiking!
