Lindsey began her yoga practice with the help of yoga videos in her dorm room at college. She was drawn to the practice because it helped to calm the mind and ease stress. In 2011, she went with a friend to a community class at Yoga Flow. She instantly loved the mind-body connection and how she felt afterward - cleansed and deeply relaxed. Following that Lindsey went to Costa Rica for her initial Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. Then, in 2016, she completed an Advanced Teacher Training under the instruction of Dominique Ponko in Tulum, Mexico. Aside from yoga, her interests range from world travel, hiking, healthy living, and home improvement projects.
