Lindsay realized the importance of connecting to your body through movement by growing up as a dancer. Her soul was always the happiest moving, and a natural progression occurred from dance to yoga as she grew up and dance phased out of her life. As this shift happened, and life as an adult became “real”, the breath and mental clarity kept her coming back even more than the asanas. Lindsay wanted to continue her own personal growth and completed teacher training at Yoga Flow in 2012. Her classes focus on both the physical and subtle body, allowing her students to experience the flow of breath, the beat of music, growth and play on the mat, but most importantly spiritual guidance set to the firm foundations of asana and anatomical alignment – and she absolutely loves giving adjustments to help! Off the mat you can find her working alongside her dad as a 5th generation funeral director at their family funeral home or homesteading with her husband, two kids, dog, cat, and 7 chickens!
