Lauren stumbled into yoga 10 years ago but never found a home for yoga until practicing at Yoga Flow. She was initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits but deepened her practice emotionally and spiritually while practicing with Yoga Flow. She sees many benefits of yoga beyond the physical and credits yoga with helping her build emotional resilience and gratitude. With a background in exercise physiology and small group training, she hopes to help students find alignment and strength in their practice. When not at the studio you can find Lauren hiking with her boyfriend and dogs, traveling to all corners of the earth or maybe simply at home curled up with a good book."
