Born and raised in Altoona, Kelly has lived in many areas surrounding Pittsburgh. Formerly an accountant and currently a bartender, Kelly lives in the North Hills with her husband, John, stepchildren, Scarlett and Timmy, and bulldog, London Grace. She didn't discover yoga until 2012. She went to several other studios before discovering Yoga Flow. It was there that her practice changed. She found her instructors inspiring, which led to her making a spiritual connection with her practice. These were her people. This was her home. Her practice deepened as time passed and huge life events happened: quitting smoking and the death of a loved one. Her practice helped her survive on days she didn't feel strong. She knew her practice brought her peace during unpleasant times. She felt a passion for yoga so much that she wanted to share it with others. She completed the 200-hour Teacher Training through Yoga Flow in 2016. She is extremely honored to be part of the Yoga Flow Family. She wants others to know the positive effects yoga has on the mind, body, and soul. She now knows, when you connect your body with your mind, you can be your most authentic self.
