Kara spent many years dabbling with yoga, but it wasn’t until a stressful time during graduate school that she discovered Yoga Flow and never turned back. As a former dancer, Kara fell in love with the creativity of the vinyasa style, but she quickly discovered so much that transcends the physical practice. She is fascinated by the impact that the breath work and mindfulness have had on her life off the mat. Kara completed her RYT-200 training with Yoga Flow in 2017 and is immensely grateful to be part of the Yoga Flow family!
