Jamie came to yoga two years ago as a way to cope with depression and gain confidence and strength. She found that and so much more in her exploration and practice. The moving meditation allowed Jamie the freedom to still her mind, and the physical practice allowed her to find power and flexibility in ways she never would have believed to be possible. Jamie took the 2015 teacher training through Yoga Flow and has since found her passion in helping others to find resilience of mind and of body through yoga. Helping others to find their way to self reflection and meditation through yoga is a dream come true. She is truly honored to know the beautiful community that is Yoga Flow and is looking forward to continued growth and learning within and without.
