Hayley has been practicing yoga since the sweet age of sixteen, at Yoga Flow Pittsburgh. It has been her sacred space to heal, her space to get away, her place to reconnect with herself. As a new mom, her teaching style is centered around the SELF: self love, self awareness, self acceptance. We give ourselves away each day in ten different directions--to twenty different people--and need time to reconnect with our breath, our bodies and unite the two as one.
