Gina discovered yoga in the 1990s, but it wasn't until 2006 when she became fully dedicated to it under the guidance of Dominique Ponko. She received her certification as a Vinyasa Flow instructor from Yoga Fit in 2008. She completed her Yoga Alliance certification through Yoga Flow in 2010. Yoga has changed her life in a very positive way and has become a good addiction. Gina has benefited greatly from her yoga practice. She has gained physical as well as mental strength and has increased her flexibility, stamina, and balance. She is very enthusiastic about sharing her passion for yoga with her students and friends. Gina also enjoys working out and running.
