Gaby found yoga in college while taking a psychology course on mindfulness and mind-body practices. She quickly fell in love with the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of yoga and completed Yoga Flow’s Teacher Training Program in 2015. Teaching yoga has become a passion and she loves how the practice offers life lessons both on and off of the mat. She enjoys incorporating yoga into her work in the mental health field and sharing the positive benefits of yoga with others. In her classes, you can expect a strong, calming practice with creative sequencing - a practice that encourages students to challenge themselves in a supported way that fosters self-exploration and growth. Outside of yoga teaching, you can find Gaby chasing after her two adventurous boys, making art, running, and spending time with her family.
