Dianna started doing yoga a few years ago as a much needed change to her usual workout routine. Initially she was looking for the physical benefits of the practice and increasing her flexibility. After several months of practicing Dianna was hooked, not only for the physical benefits, but mostly for the mental and emotional benefits. Once she found the ability to clear her mind and lose herself in her practice, she knew she found a lifelong passion in yoga. Dianna completed Yoga Flow’s 200-hour Teacher Training program in 2015 and is extremely grateful and excited for the opportunity to teach at Yoga Flow.
Dianna hopes that she can help others find the same passion for yoga that she was lucky enough to find.
