Cindy began practicing yoga regularly in 2014.  She was used to exercising, but she was amazed at how yoga helped to calm her mind.  She soon began to practice yoga everyday. Cindy realized the incredible benefits of the practice, both physically and mentally. During this time, Cindy was under a lot of stress and she credits Yoga with helping her to work through her stress and help her through some challenging situations. She has never felt stronger.

Overtime, Cindy's love and passion for yoga compelled her to enter Yoga Flow's Teacher Training program.  Cindy completed her teacher training in 2016.  She is extremely honored to be an instructor at Yoga Flow as she believes Yoga Flow is the best studio to incorporate mind, body, and breath in a heated vinyasa setting.  She is grateful for all her Yoga Flow instructors who made a positive impact on her life and hopes to do the same for her students.
