Growing up as a dancer, Cara has always been a lover of movement and music. After moving out to
Pittsburgh to pursue a degree in engineering, she added yoga initially to serve as a cross-train for less
frequent dance classes as well as a place to give her mind a break. This developed into a deep
appreciation for way yoga can facilitate the connection of mind and body. Cara completed her 200-hour
RYT training in 2018 through Yoga Flow and strives to create a welcoming, positive environment for her
fellow yogis. Cara still dances in her free time and uses this as inspiration for many of her yoga
