First introduced to yoga in 2011 by “Uncle” Tony Horton’s P90X workout series, Bobby gravitated to yoga because of its one-of-a-kind physical challenge. After a few years of an on again/off again relationship with his yoga mat, he came to Yoga Flow at the insistence of a friend in 2015 to strengthen and regain flexibility in his spine after an injury the year prior. Despite the instructor casually leading everyone into chinstand during that first class, he kept coming back to the studio for the reminders to breathe and move intentionally. Realizing the impact that yoga had on his daily life (and not to mention golf game), he completed his 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Flow in 2017 to help others develop their own practice and also show that yoga is for the boys, too. In the studio, he hopes his students can join him in bringing a can-do attitude and a sense of humor when they roll out their mats together. Outside the studio, Bobby works as a paint chemist and is probably playing his guitar, golfing, rock climbing, honing his Yinzer accent or pursuing a men's league hockey championship in his free time.
