Ashley found yoga 7 years ago. Like so many, she initially thought it would be a new way to exercise and build strength. While the physical benefits were great, she was eventually more drawn to the powerful mental and emotional benefits of her practice. After floating to different studios, she finally found her yoga home - Yoga Flow - at the perfect time in her life.
As a professional counselor and co-founder of a local wellness center, she has always been drawn toward helping people heal. So after her own journey and experience of healing, the opportunity arose to join Yoga Flow's teacher training and she couldn't resist. Ashley has a passion for helping people get out of their brains and into their bodies. Yoga helped her do that in her own life and she loves seeing the many ways helps others in theirs.
Ashley is thrilled to have the opportunity to teach at Yoga Flow with it's unique, empowering focus on breath and movement. She loves having the chance to practice and connect with everyone who comes out and shows up on their mat!
