In this unheated workshop, we will use the practice of Yin meditation to encourage the body to relax, rather than engage. Exploring the meditative process, we will move inward to cultivate a source of peace and happiness.

The studio will be warm/room temperature; not hot.
You may want to wear a long sleeve shirt over your yoga top/shirt. Wear comfortable clothing.
