Starting and maintaining daily practice is difficult for anyone, so our challenges are designed to provide an easy start, welcome breaks and deeply satisfying ends. Whether you participated in the January Warrior Challenge or not, this March challenge is intended to prevent the possibility of 'falling off track' from your goals as well as keeping your spirits light through the gray March month.
