What makes Yoga Flow's style unique?
Our style is non-dogmatic, combining various styles of all the well respected fathers of traditional yoga. Creating our unique Vinyasa flow .We take pride in our emphasis of using the breath as a guide. The breath is the life-force of the body and a path to meditation. The breath is used to connect the mind and body which take you on the journey into your spirit. If the breath is used properly it will help guide you to enlightenment. We use the breath to help guide you through every asana, while focusing on your drishti, which makes for a meditation in motion. Yoga Flow not only uses the breath as a tool, it will teach you to look for the spine alignment and bone structure in every single pose. This ensures your student will have an injury-free practice. In addition, you will teach them how to listen to their body everytime they roll out their mats. They will learn how to sense the days they need to "back-off" and the days they leap into the next level. Our body is energy that is constantly changing. You will be able to provide your student with the wealth of knowledge you learned in this teacher training program. This will make your student their own teacher within, by feeling the sense of presence in their life and practice.
Why should you choose Yoga Flow's teacher trainings over all the others?
If you've given thought to becoming a certified yoga instructor this is the training to do. Yoga Flow collaborated with their current yoga instructors. Asking them what they felt thier other certifications were missing. We put hours into studying all their different trainings. We poured our hearts into the curriculum. We truly feel that we have one of the most well rounded teacher trainings.
Who Should Take Advantage of this Training Opportunity?
Any sincere yoga student who wants to study in-depth and intensively in a six -month time period. The future teacher-in-training should feel a strong love for yoga and want to experience Yoga Flow's unique style. You will be able to see our obvious love for the practice of yoga. While you attended classes as a requirement of your certification, you will see every Yoga Flow teacher is there because they love teaching and love their students. You will feel the sense of family in the classroom. You are not just a number or another paying customer. When you complete your 200-hours you will feel confident to teach at any yoga studio accross the country.
