Community classes are taught by yoga teachers-in-training. This provides future teachers a platform to apply the techniques they learned in the training program. The teacher gets to practice while the student gets a discount. Please tell all of your friends who my not be able to afford a membership. Kids Flow is a yoga class geared towards children ages 6-13. They will learn the foundation of all the yoga postures while having fun. This class is designed to keep a child's attention while strengthening their body through physical movement.
